Frameless Glass Curtains on the Costa del Sol

Frameless glass curtain systems close terraces, porches and balconies with tempered glass and no vertical posts, so the sea view stays almost intact. As a direct manufacturer and installer based in Estepona, we measure, build and fit every system ourselves across the Costa del Sol.
Costa del Sol
Glass Curtains, made to measure
Because there are no vertical mullions between the panels, the system runs on top and bottom tracks and folds to one side to open the space completely on good days, then closes precisely against wind, rain and noise.
We size the tempered glass and tracks for the real exposure of each terrace — coastal wind and salt air included — so the system works smoothly and lasts in a seaside environment.
Glass curtains suit penthouse terraces, sea-front balconies, residential porches, and restaurants or hotels that want to extend their open-air season. Each project is made to measure after a free site survey.

Specification
How glass curtains are built
Tempered glass, 8–12 mm
Panel thickness is specified from the opening height and the real wind exposure of the terrace. Sea-front and elevated terraces take the heavier glass; sheltered porches do not need it.
Top and bottom tracks
The panels carry on an upper track and are guided by a lower one, with no vertical mullions between them. Anodised or lacquered aluminium, specified for salt air.
Folding and stacking
Panels pivot and stack to one side, so the opening clears almost completely. Stack side and parking position are decided on the survey around doors, columns and furniture.
Polished edges and hardware
Every edge is polished and the hardware is stainless, which is what keeps the system working in a coastal environment rather than seizing after a couple of seasons.
Cost factors
How much do glass curtains cost?
We do not work to fixed rates or catalogue prices — every system is made to measure, so the cost follows the project. We survey the space, take real measurements and prepare a detailed, no-obligation quote.

- Tempered glass thickness (8, 10 or 12 mm) according to height and wind exposure.
- Number of panels and the total width of the opening.
- Profile system, aluminium finish and track type.
- Installation height, access, and whether lifting equipment is needed.
Frequently asked questions

Closed, the system protects well against coastal wind and rain. It is not a hermetic fixed wall in extreme storms, but for the Costa del Sol climate it shields the terrace with ease.
We do not publish fixed rates. The cost depends on the width of the opening, the tempered glass thickness, the number of panels, access to the terrace and the finishes. We survey the space and prepare a tailored, no-obligation quote.
Often it is advisable to request authorisation from the community, especially if the enclosure affects the façade. We provide the technical documentation and recommend confirming your community and town-hall criteria.
