With the louvres closed, rainwater drains through the profiles and posts; open, the terrace ventilates and receives controlled sun through the day. Many motorised models close automatically with a wind or rain sensor.
The anchored aluminium structure is built for the coastal climate, including salt air. It can be combined with glass curtains, guillotine glass or zip screens to create a true four-season space.

Motorised aluminium louvres
Extruded aluminium louvres rotate through their full range to trade shade for ventilation. Driven by remote, wall control or app, and integrable with compatible home automation.
Integrated water drainage
Closed, the louvres form a channel that carries rainwater into the perimeter beams and down through the posts, so the terrace stays usable in a shower rather than just shaded in sun.
Structure sized for the site
Post spacing and beam sections are calculated from the span and the local wind load. Free-standing or wall-mounted, with modules combined for larger terraces.
Side enclosures
Glass curtains, guillotine glass or zip screens close the sides, which is what turns a pergola from a summer structure into a space that works most of the year.
